our process

‍Every home begins with a conversation. Start by reaching out through our Start Your Build form and Matt Johnson (Owner of A Squared Builder) will reach out to you directly. During this meeting, we take time to understand your vision, lifestyle needs, budget, and timeline. Our goal is to truly get to know you and your project so we can begin building a home that reflects your values and the way you live. We believe the foundation of every successful project is clear communication, trust, and a shared vision.

Once we understand your vision, we move into the planning phase. This phase includes architectural coordination, design meetings, estimating, and permitting. We work closely with a trusted team of architects, Draftsman, and skilled professionals to carefully plan every detail of your home. Our goal is to build the right team around your project so your vision is executed smoothly, efficiently, and within budget.

With a finalized design and team in place, construction begins. This is where your vision starts becoming reality. Throughout the building process, our team manages every aspect of the project with careful attention to detail and clear communication. You’ll receive regular updates on the progress of your home so you always know exactly how things are moving along. Our commitment to craftsmanship and integrity ensures your home is built to the highest standards.
