A² Builders is a Florida-based construction company dedicated to delivering lasting value to every client. Whether it’s a starter home for first-time buyers or a custom residence tailored to a family’s vision, each project is built with passion, care, and attention to detail. Named after the founder’s two sisters, Anna and Abby, the “A²” reflects the company’s family roots and commitment to building with heart. Matthew Johnson
I grew up in a construction family, and from an early age, the job site felt like home. Those experiences instilled in me the values of hard work, craftsmanship, and attention to detail — lessons that continue to guide me every day. Over the years, I’ve developed a true passion for transforming a vision on paper into a home built to last. Having worked hands-on in nearly every aspect of construction, I bring that practical experience and perspective to every project we take on. For me, it’s a privilege to create homes that not only meet expectations but bring lasting value and pride to the families who live in them.

Vision & Alignment
Every home begins with a conversation with Matt Johnson, Owner of A2 Builders. He takes the time to listen to your goals, vision, budget, and timeline to determine the best path forward for your project.
Mapping It Out
We move into the planning phase, coordinating architects, design meetings, estimating, and permitting to carefully plan every detail before we break ground.
Breaking Ground
With a finalized design and team in place, construction begins. We manage every aspect of the build with clear communication and regular updates so you always know how things are moving along.
The Handoff
Before handing over the keys, we perform a detailed walkthrough to ensure every finish, space, and detail meets our standards so your home is fully complete the moment you walk through the door.
